The Ginger variant of the famous Lindisfarne Mead is made only on the Holy Island of Lindisfarne off the coast of Northumberland, England. A vatted combination of honey, pure Northumberland water, fermented grape juice and neutral spirits, blended with our renowned ginger wine.

About the Meadery:
St. Aidan's Winery is the home of Lindisfarne alcohol; they make and bottle many different tipples on-site, including mead, rums, beers and wines. It is situated in the centre of Holy Island village adjacent to the marketplace. The showroom has been open to the public since 1968 and attracts over 200,000 visitors annually from all over the world.
