The Spear of Thor
This bespoke piece was created here in The Raven Forge workshop by Jacob, inspired by Thor, Norse god of Thunder. The shaft has been fully burnt and waxed whilst still warm for a matt black finish, then hand-wrapped in grips of thick storm blue leather with black leather overlay. Where the eye of the spear meets the haft, there is a hand-forged steel Mjolnir featuring an Algiz protection rune stamped into the handle. The spear tip is made of high carbon steel complete with intricate acid-etched detail. This would look incredible on display either on its own as a stand out piece, or as part of a Viking-themed collection.
